الملخص

العمل التطوعي من أبرز أشكال التعاون والتكافل والرحمة وهو بذلك يعمل على تهذيب نزعات النفس وتفعيل خصال حب الخير والتعاون والتكافل والتضامن والايثار وقد بات العمل التطوعي اليوم عاملا من عوامل قياس مدى الرقي الحضاري للمجتمع. تعلق موضوع البحث بإبراز القيم الانسانية التي باتت مفتقدة بطغيان الحياة المادية من خلال العمل التطوعي في النهوض بالمجتمع وسد حاجات أفراده. وذلك بتحديد مفهومه. ثم الوقوف على مقتضياته الشرعية التي تستوجبه. ومعالجة لذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج المقارن بين الفقه الاسلامي والقانون. Voluntary work is one of the most prominent forms of cooperation, solidarity and mercy, and by that it works to refine the tendencies of the soul and activate the characteristics of benevolence, cooperation, solidarity, solidarity and altruism. Voluntary work today has become a factor in measuring the extent of the civilized progress of society. The topic of the research is related to highlighting the human values that are lacking in the tyranny of material life through volunteer work in the advancement of society and meeting the needs of its members.
