المنظمات العالمية والحفاظ على الوسط

الملخص
أقرت المؤتمرات العالمية والمتعلقة "بالوسط" والمحافظة عليه جملة من المبادئ والتوصيات، ولكن بالإمكان أن تكون عاجزة عن تحقيق الأهداف التي صيغت من أجلها، ورأس المسألة يعود إلى غياب الوعي بأهمية "الوسط" وضرورة المحافظة عليه لدى مجمل الشعوب. وبالتالي تتأكد ضرورة التوعية بالقوانين أو المبادئ المتعلقة ب"الوسط". مما يستوجب إرساء تربية موجهة للحفاظ على "الوسط". تهدف هذه التربية إلى إعداد الأفراد والمجموعات للتفاعل مع "الوسط" بطريقة تضمن سلامته، وبالتالي سلامة الإنسان بصفة عامة، بمعنى وعي كل أفراد المجتمع بضرورة مشاركتهم بصورة فردية أو جماعية في صيانة "الوسط". وإكسابهم مهارات في التعامل مع "الوسط". Iternational conferences releted to the enviromnent and its preservation have approved a set of principles and recommendations, but it is possible that they are unable to achieve the goals for which they were formulated, and the top of this issue is due to the absence of the importance of awareness of the importance of the environment and need to preserve for all peoples, and thus the necessity of raising awareness about the principles related to the environment, which requiers the establishment of a targeted education aims notaly to prepare in individuls and groups to interact with it in a way that guarantees its safety and therefore the safety of the human being in general, in the sense that all membres of the society are aware of the need to participate individually or socially in the schaping of the environment and the importance to impart them with the necessay skills in dealing with it.
