Abstract

Due to the great role of Entrepreneurship in economy, this paper was designed to reflect the overall orientation of women Entrepreneurship in Algeria, particularly through women's intention to establish an economic institution, and to identify the factors that help and to identify the various obstacles that women face. The study is important because it focused on the most important factors that help women to engage in the work of the legal system, and perhaps most important are the various support agencies that the State put in the service of investors, which have made Algerian women prove their good in economic life despite the difficulties they face.
