انعكاسات هوس الشراء القهري على سلوكيات المستهلك الجزائري مع ظهور وباء فيروس كورونا المستجد كوفيد -19- دراسة ميدانية -

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة أهم الإنعكاسات السلوكية المصاحبة لعملية الشراء لدى الفرد الجزائري والناجمة من تفشي فيروس كورونا -كوفيد 19- المستجد، والذي يعرف لدى البعض بهوس الشراء أو التسوق والشراء الذعري، إضافة إلى التطرق لسلوكيات الفرد الشرائية قبل وبعد ظهور الفيروس، مع تحديد ما إذا كان للمتغيرات الديموغرافية علاقة بسلوكيات الفرد الجزائري قبل وبعد تفشي هاته الجائحة. وللوصول إلى نتائج تم توزيع استبانه الكترونية بلغ عددها الـ: 229 استمارة موجهة لعامة أفراد المجتمع، وقد خلصت نتائجها إلى أن المتغيرات الديموغرافية لها تأثير ودور في حدوث هوس الشراء القهري والناجم عن ظهور فيروس كورونا -كوفيد 19- المستجد، إضافة إلى وجود علاقة ضعيفة بين ظهور جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد وهوس الشراء القهري لأفراد عينة الدراسة. Abstract The study aims to know the most important behavioral repercussions associated with the purchase process of the Algerian individual resulting from the outbreak of the Corona virus - Covid 19 - the new one, which is known to some as the obsession with buying or shopping and panic buying, in addition to addressing the individual purchasing behavior before and after the emergence of the virus, with a determination of whether Demographic variables had to do with the behavior of the Algerian individual before and after the outbreak of this pandemic. And to reach the results, an electronic questionnaire was distributed, numbering 229, addressed to the general community, and its results concluded that demographic variables have an effect and role in the occurrence of obsessive-compulsive obsession caused by the emergence of the Corona virus - Covid 19 - the new one, in addition to a weak relationship between The emergence of the emerging coronavirus virus and obsessive-compulsive obsession for individuals in the study sample.
