Abstract : Learning is nowadays considered like a priority for organizations, which are now faced with the need to really adapt to a constantly changing environment. This need to learn in order to be more competitive can be covered, among other things, by training, a discipline that today represents one of the levers of organizational learning. This article is divided into three parts: the first part is devoted to the definition of training; the second part will present a review of the literature on organizational learning; and the third part will be the subject of an empirical study that will allow us to compare our theoretical framework with the field.
