استخدام النماذج الحديثة في التنبؤ بالفشل المالي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية – دراسة حالة شركة بيوفارم الجزائر خلال الفترة 2017- 2019 -

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة إبراز أهمية عملية التنبؤ بالفشل المالي باستخدام نموذج Sherrod و Shirata على شركة بيوفارم الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من سنة 2017-2019 من خلال إستعراض المفاهيم المتعلقة بالفشل المالي مع القيام بدراسة تحليلية للشركة كونها تسمح بالقيام بالإجراءات اللازمة التي من شأنها أن تجنبها الوصول إلى مرحلة الإفلاس والتصفية. وقد خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلا آن تطبيق نموذج Sherrod أظهر صعوبة في التنبؤ بالفشل المالي كون قيم z وقعت في المنطقة حرجة يصعب فيها الحكم على الوضع المالي للشركة، في حين أن نتائج النموذج Shirata قد أظهرت بأن الشركة في وضعية مالية جيدة ومستقرة وبعيدة كل البعد عن الفشل المالي كون أن قيم المتحصل عليها أكبر من قيمة z = 0.38 حسب هذا النموذج مما يدل بأن شركة بيوفارم الجزائر في وضعية مالية جيدة إجمالا. This study aims to try to highlight the importance of the process of predicting financial failure using Sherrod and Shirata model on Biopharm Algeria during the period from 2017-2019 by reviewing the concepts related to financial failure with an analytical study of the company as it allows taking the necessary measures that would avoid it Reaching bankruptcy and liquidation. The results of the study concluded that the application of Sherrod's model showed difficulty in predicting financial failure, since the values of Z occurred in a critical region in which it is difficult to judge the financial position of the company, while the results of the Shirata model showed that the company is in a good and stable financial position and far from failure. Financial, given that the values obtained are greater than the value of z = 0.38 according to this model, which indicates that Biopharm Algeria is in a good financial position.
