الملخص

الملخص: ينظر هذا البحثُ فيما انتقد فيه الرضيُّ نظمَ ابن الحاجب في متنِ الشافية، ذلك أنّ الرضيَّ شرح متنَها، وأكثر في أثناء الشرح من نقد النظم واللغة التي سبك بها ابن الحاجب الشافيةَ. ويقع البحث في قسمين، أولهما خاصٌّ بنقد الشارح الكلّي لنظم الشافية، ففيه إبانةٌ لما عدّه الشارح إطلاقاً خالياً من القيود، وإبهاماً تنغلق به جملُ المتن، وتكراراً لما نقده به في شرح الكافية. وثانيهما متعلقٌ بتقويم الشارحِ لما رآه من قصورٍ في المتنِ تجلّى في ردّ بعضِ اجتهادات الماتن، وفي صياغة بعض القواعد صياغةً تجعلها أشملَ، وفي حذف بعضِ كلام الماتن مما لا تدعو الحاجةُ إليه. summary This research argues Alradi's criticism to IBN Al-Hajeb's compose in Al Shfia's explanation where Al-Radi explained its explanation and during this explanation, he criticized its Language which was shaped by Ibn Al-Hajeb to Al-Shafia. The research was divided into two parts. The first was special, because of the whole criticism to the compose of Al Shafia by the interpreter. In this research there was clarity to what the interpreter considered as ageneral common which was free from conditions and there was unclarity in the sentences of the explanation and repeated criticism in the explanation of Al-kafia. The second one was concerning with the evaluation of interpreter who thought that there was weakness in the explanation which was clear in refusing some interpreter's researches and in the shape of some rules which made them more common and in deletion some interpreter's speach where there was no need for.
