الملخص
يعتبر الإرشاد الأسري من التخصصات الدقيقة، حيث أخذ اهتماما كبيرا على مستوى العالم، منذ النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين، كما أنه يرتبط بأكثر من تخصص علمي و لعل هذا ما ساهم في تسريع حركة تطوره كشكل من أشكال التوجيه و الإرشاد خاصة مع تزايد الضغوط النفسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية في ظل الأوضاع العالمية للوقت الراهن، التي من شأنها أن تضعف القيم الأسرية الراسخة وتؤدي إلى كثرة الصراعات النفسية بين أعضاء الأسرة و تؤدي لزيادة القلق والتوتر لدى أفرادها، ولهذا اتجه الإرشاد والعلاج الأسري لمساعدة أفراد الأسرة و تعليمهم أصول التنشئة الاجتماعية وأصول الحياة الأسرية السليمة لتمكينهم من تحقيق الانسجام والتوازن في العلاقات بين أعضائها و فتح قنوات الاتصال بينهم وحل مشكلاتهم ،حيث أن الإرشاد الأسري يهدف في النهاية إلى تحقيق سعادة واستقرار واستمرار الأسرة و بالتالي سعادة المجتمع واستقراره. Family guidance is a fine discipline, where it has taken great interest worldwide, since the second half of the twentieth century, and it is related to more than one scientific discipline and this may have contributed to accelerating the movement of its development as a form of guidance and guidance, especially with the increase despite the increased psychological and social pressures And economic in the global situation of weak time, which will weaken the well-established family values and lead to the many psychological conflicts between members of the family and lead to increased anxiety and stress among its members, and this is why the guidance and family therapy went to help family members and teach them the origins of upbringing Social and the origins of a healthy family life to enable them to achieve harmony and balance in the relations between their members and open channels of communication between them and solve their problems, as family guidance aims in the end to achieve happiness, stability and continuity of the family and therefore the happiness and stability of society.
