الملخص
ملخص البحث: البحث يدور في فلك تطوير الوقف البنغلاديشي عن طريق تطوير مقوماته الأساسية، مبينا في ذلك أن التطوير كونه مصطلحا حديثا في علوم الطبيعة، والتربية، ما يصعب تحريِّه في التراث إلا أن الباحثَين وصلا إلى تعريف له، وهو: "انتقالٌ تدريجيٌّ من النقصِ إلى التَّكميل، ماديا كان أو معنويا"؛ ليبرهنا على أن تطوير الوقف البنغلاديشي، ودفعه نحو التحديث وَفْقَ رؤيةٍ عصريةٍ ممكن، وهو مطلبٌ شرعيٌّ، وحاجةٌ عصريةٌ للتغلب على التحديات، وانتهجا فيه مناهج علمية في استقراء المواد العلمية، وتحليل الأدلة، والوثائق، ليتوصلا به في النهاية إلى نتائج منها: أن تطوير الوقف البنغلاديشي متوقف على تطوير جهاز الإدارة، والرقابة، والمالية.الكلمات الدالة: التطوير الوقفي البنغلاديشي، المقوّم البشري، المالي، الإداري، الرقابي، القانوني. Abstract: The research is taking place in the orbit of developing the Bangladeshi Waqf by developing its basic components, indicating that development as a modern term in the natural sciences and education, which is difficult to detect in the old heritage. But the researcher has reached a definition of it, "a gradual transition from lack to complement, Materially or morally", to demonstrate that developing the Bangladeshi endowment and pushing it towards modernization according to a modern vision is possible, which is a religious demand also, and a modern need to overcome challenges. Following the scientific approached method, in extrapolating scientific materials, analyzing evidence, and documents, to reach it in the end of conclude, that the development of the Bangladeshi endowment is dependent on the development of management, oversight, and finance system.
