مظاهر الاختلال في وضع المصطلحات العلمية وتعريبها

الملخص
1. الملخص بالعربية: يتناول هذا المقال بعض الاختلال الذي يمس صياغة المصطلحات العلمية وضعا واستعمالا إذ قمنا بإبراز أهم مظاهر هذا الاضطراب من المؤلفات العلمية عامة واللغوية خاصة ومن الكتب المترجمة و المعاجم المتخصصة. وحاولنا أن نبين وحه الخطأ فيها واستندنا إلى أقوال من نثق في علمهم من اللغويين المحدثين كما عدنا إلى أقوال النحاة واللغويين القدامى لبيان وجه الخطآ والصواب في كل ظاهرة من هذه الظواهر. وختمنا حديثنا في كل مسألة بنماذج من الخطأ والصواب قدر ما امكننا ذلك. 3. الملخص بالفرنسية: Cet article traite quelques phénomènes de déformation, qui touchent la formulation des termes scientifiques sur le plan de la convention ainsi que sur le plan de l’usage. Il a été question d’extraire ces exemples de déformation des ouvrages scientifiques en général et linguistiques en particulier, des livres traduits et des dictionnaires spécialisés. On a essayé de montrer l’erreur et démontrer comment elle s’est introduite en se basant sur les discours de grammairiens et linguistes arabes anciens et modrnes. En résumé on a donné les exemples qui confirment la norme. 4. الملخص بالإنغليزية This article deals with some phenomena of deformation, which affect the formulation of scientific terms in terms of the convention as well as in terms of use. It has been a question of extracting these examples of distortion of scientific works in general and linguistic in particular, translated books and specialized dictionaries. We tried to show the error and demonstrate how it was introduced based on the discourses of ancient and modern Arabic grammarians and linguists. In summary, examples have been given that confirm the standard.
