تفعيل هيئات وآليات فكر العمل الحر في الجزائر

الملخص
مستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على فكر العمل الحر أو الفكر التقاولي ودوره في الإسهام في تحقيق التنمية ببعديها الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في الجزائر من خلال خلق مناصب شعل لاسيما لفئة الشباب. فالاتجاه نحو نموذج جديد لترسيخ ثقافة المبادرة الفردية في توفير الدخل وخلق الثروة والقيمة المضافة في المجتمع، لم يعد خيارا ثانويا، وإنما ضرورة اقتصادية واجتماعية حتمية لا غنى عنها، تمليها أولا ظروف داخلية خلقت أزمة خانقة متعددة الأبعاد تعانيها الجزائر منذ سنوات، ثم توجهات دولية حققت نتائج باهرة بعد أن ثبت أن المبادرات الفردية والأعمال الحرة تحقق نتائج هامة في اقتصاديات الدول المتقدمة، ثانيا. سنتطرق من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى الهيئات والآليات المعمول بها في تفعيل فكر العمل الحر في الجزائر، وما هي النتائج التي حققتها، وذلك من خلال جهاز الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب كنموذج. Abstract: This study refers to shed light on self-employment or entrepreneurial concept and its role in contributing to achieve development economic and social in Algeria by creating job opportunities, especially for the youth category. The intention towards a new model aiming consolidate the culture of individual initiative in providing income, and added value in the society, is no longer a secondary option, but rather an imperative economic and social necessity, dictated by internal circumstances that has created a stifling multidimensional crisis that Algeria has suffered from years ago. Then international orientations that have achieved outstanding results, after it was proven that entrepreneurship achieve important results in developed countries’ economies. Through this research, we will deal with organisms and mechanisms in place to boost the idea of self-employment in Algeria, and what are the results, which have been achieved, through the National Agency to support youth employment as a model.
