الملخص
ملخص : يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة مساهمة ودور الصناديق الوقفية في مواجهة تفشي فيروس كورونا المستجد، الذي يمتاز بسرعة الانتشار، وما له من آثار عميقة في الجانب الصحي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي. وسلطنا الضوء على تجربة صندوق الوقف الصحي السعودي، الذي يعد أول صندوق وقفي صحي مستقل في المملكة، وهو شريك استراتيجي مع وزارة الصحة، يهدف إلى إشراك المجتمع في تحقيق تنمية صحية مستدامة، وكذا المساهمة الفعالة والمؤثرة في مواجهة فيروس كوفيد-19، من خلال إطلاقه لمبادرة "وقف آزر الصحي" لمؤازرة خاصة الممارسين في قطاع الصحة، وكذلك لدعم جهود الحكومة بتوفير مصادر جديدة للأموال لتمويل البرامج الوقائية والعلاجية والبحوث العلمية في إطار مواجهة هذا الوباء. Abstract: This research aims to study the contribution and the role of endowment funds in the fighting of the Corona virus spread, Which is characterized by rapid spread, and its health, economic and social effects, We highlighted the experience of the Saudi Endowment Health Fund, which is the first independent endowment health fund in the Kingdom. We highlighted the experience of the Saudi Health Endowment Fund, which is the first independent endowment health fund in the Kingdom, and is a strategic partner with the Ministry of Health, aiming to engage society in achieving sustainable health development, and the effective and influential contribution in the face of the Covid-19 virus, by launching an initiative “Azer Health Endowment” to support practitioners in the health sector in particular, as well as support the government's efforts to provide new sources of funds to finance preventive and curative programs and scientific research in the framework of facing this epidemic.
