الملخص
إن الاستخدام المتزايد لتكنولوجيا المعلومات، والآثار العميقة التي أفرزت تطبيقاتها على عالمنا الحالي خاصة في عالم الأعمال، جعل المؤسسات في موقف يحتم عليها التكيف مع البيئة التنافسية، ومطالبة بأن تكون ذات رد فعل مستمر ومسبق، حيث أصبحت المعلومة أهم سلعة في المجتمع بصفة عامة والمؤسسة بصفة خاصة، ففي ظل اقتصاد المعرفة تم تحويل المعارف العلمية إلى الشكل الرقمي، وعليه فإن هذه التحولات أثبتت ضرورة وجود تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وإدخالها ودمجها في نشاطات المؤسسة لتحسين أدائها والمضي بها قدما نحو الريادة. وسنتطرق في هذه الورقة البحثية إلى اثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على كفاءة أداء المؤسسة. The increasing use of information technology, and the deep of effects that have had on our current world, particularly in the business world field, have obliged the enterprises to adapt with the competitive environment and demand that they be constantly and in advance, where information has become the most important commodity in society in general and the institution in particular. More over, under this economy of knowledge , the scientific knowledge has turned into the digital form, there for these changes and transformations proved that information and communication technology is so necessary and must be included and integrated in all the company activities to improve its performance. In this research, we will talk and mention the impact of she use of( ICT) on the efficiency and proficiency of the organization's performance.
