ملخص: تعالج الورقة البحثية موضوع على قدر من الأهمية في سرد وتحليل الحادثة التاريخية التي أخذت فاصلا زمنيا يمتد بين سنتي 1960- 1962،وعلى الرغم من توفر زخم هائل من الكتابات التاريخية حول الثورة التحريرية فإن غالبيتها دائما ما تقع في فخ الأدلجة بين ما هو تاريخي وسياسي،وقد سعت ثنايا المحاولة إلى إماطة اللثام عن نقطة من نقاط الظل حول موضوع تطبعت الكتابة عليه بأسلوب " الغالب والمغلوب"،وبالموازاة مع ما توفر لدي من مادة علمية تاريخية كان الواجب علينا نقد المعروض منها خاصة ما تعلق بالمذكرات الشخصية والروايات التاريخية،وتمتينا للموضوع وقفت على مستويات معينة من الموضوع من قبيل التنظيم العام الذي أصبحت عليه هيئة الأركان العامة بعد تأسيسها سنة 1960،وكيف استطاعت التوفيق بين مهامها العسكرية، وعقيدة التنشئة السياسية لتركيبتها البشرية من ضباط وجنود، ولفصم عرى الإشكالية المعروضة اعتمدت على المنهج التاريخي الذي لا غنى عنه لفهم مجريات وسياق الأحداث التاريخية، مستعينا في الوقت ذاته بالمنهج التحليلي في بعض جزئياته لتحقيق مبتغى الدراسة: كيف ولماذا تأسست هيئة الأركان العامة ؟ وما مدلول لتنشئة السياسية لديها؟. Abstract: The research paper deals with a topic of some importance in recounting and analyzing the historical incident that took a time lapse between the years 1960-1962, and despite the huge momentum available from the historical writings on the liberation revolution, most of them always fall into the trap of ideologies between what is historical and political, The endeavors of the attempt sought to shed light on one of the shadow points on a subject whose writing was printed in the style of "the victor and the vanquished", and in parallel with what I have of a historical scientific material that we had to criticize the exhibit from them especially what relates to personal notes and historical narratives, and we wished to stand on the topic Certain levels of the subject, such as the general organization that the General Staff became after its foundation in 1960, and how it was able to reconcile its military tasks, the doctrine of political formation for its human composition of officers and soldiers, and to divide the problematic issues presented depended on the historical approach that is indispensable for understanding the course and context Historical events, at the same time, using the analytical approach in some of its parts, to achieve the desired study: How and why was the General Staff established? What is the concept of political upbringing?
