الملخص
ملخص: يعتبر المذهب البراغماتي الأمريكي بمنطلقاته الفلسفية المادية والنفعية أحد أهم مكونات المنظومة القيمية للمجتمع والنظام الأمريكي على حد سواء، وهو ما انعكس على طبيعة السياسة الخارجية الامريكية العالمية منذ خروج هذه الأخيرة من عزلتها بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية، وقبلها على المستوى الإقليمي وفق "مبدأ مونرو" أثناء عزلة الولايات المتحدة السياسية، وتجسّد ذلك من خلال مشاريع الهيمنة التي تبنتها هذه السياسة وما تحمله من أبعاد امبريالية وفق النموذج الامبراطوري الأمريكي الحديث، من هذا المنطلق حاولت هذه الدراسة التطرق لموضوع المذهب البراغماتي في السياسة الخارجية الامريكية عبر تناول الجذور الفكرية لهذا المذهب ومنطلقاته الفلسفية وأهدافه السامية، وتمحورت هذه الدراسة على إشكالية رئيسية مفادها: ما طبيعة التأثير الذي تلعبه الفلسفة البراغماتية المادية الامريكية في دفع الولايات المتحدة الامريكية لتبني مشاريع هيمنة ذات طابع امبراطوري امبريالي في سياستها الخارجية؟، وللإجابة على هذا الاشكال ونظرا لتعدد أوجه الظاهرة القيد الدراسة وتباين مستويات تحليلها فقد إرتأينا تقسيم هذه الدراسة الى ثلاثة محاور، تناول الأول منها جذور الفلسفة البراغماتية الامريكية، أما الثاني فتعلق بالمذهب البراغماتي الأمريكي "مدخل مفاهيمي"، في حين تناول الثالث منها الهيمنة كأسمى أهداف المذهب البراغماتي الأمريكي وما يصبوا اليه من مشاريع امبريالية ذات بعد امبراطوري. الكلمات المفتاحية: المذهب البراغماتي، السياسة الخارجية الامريكية، الهيمنة، المشروع الامبراطوري، الامبريالية. Abstract: The pragmatic doctrine, with its materialistic and utilitarian philosophical premises, is considered as one of the most important components of the value system of American society and system. This later is reflected on the nature of US global foreign policy since its exit from its isolation after World War II, and before that at the regional level according to the "Monroe Doctrine" during The political isolation of the United States, and this was implemented by the hegemonic projects adopted by this policy and the imperialist dimensions it bears according to the modern American imperial policy. From this standpoint, this study attempted to address the issue of pragmatic doctrine in foreign policy of the United States by examining the intellectual roots of this doctrine, its philosophical premises, and its lofty goals. This study focused on a major problem: What is the nature of the effect that American pragmatic materialist philosophy plays in pushing the United States of America to adopt hegemonic projects of an imperial nature in its foreign policy ?, To answer the forms and given the multiplicity of the aspects of the phenomenon under study and the different levels of its analysis, we decided to divide this study into three axes. the first dealt with the roots of American pragmatic philosophy, and the second related to the pragmatic doctrine a "conceptual approach", while the third concerned the hegemony as the highest goals of the American pragmatic doctrine and the imperialist projects that aspire to it.
