الملخص
ملخص: يعد موضوع المؤسسات العسكرية في الوطن العربي حساس ومهم ومعقد، نظرا لما ينطوي عليه من معطيات تعكس أوضاع الدول العربية في كل مرحلة، فالجيوش هي عصب الأنظمة العربية منذ نشأتها وتوجد على مستوى جميع مناحي الحياة السياسية، ما أهلها لتقمص أدوار مختلفة تجاوزت المهام الدستورية، إذ تعتبر جزء لا يتجزأ من هذه الأنظمة السياسية. وفي هذا السياق، واعتمادا على اقتراب النخبة ومنهج دراسة الحالة، ومدحا تحليل النظم نحاول الإجابة على الإشكالية التي تتمحور حول مدى تأثير المؤسسات العسكرية في الحياة السياسية العربية، اعتمادا على فرضية رئيسية للدراسة تدور حول قياس أداء النخب السياسية المدنية، وتعاظم وتغلغل الجيوش في العمل السياسي. Abstract: The issue of military institutions in the Arab world is sensitive, important and complicated, given the data it contains that reflects the conditions of Arab countries at every stage. Armies are the backbone of Arab regimes since their inception and exist at the level of all aspects of political life, what their people are to assume different roles that exceeded constitutional tasks, as It is an integral part of these political systems. In this context, and depending on the elite’s approach and case study approach, praising systems analysis, we try to answer the problem that revolves around the impact of military institutions on Arab political life, based on a major hypothesis of the study revolving around measuring the performance of civil political elites, and the growing and penetration of armies in political action .
