الملخص

تزايدت الاهتمامات الأكاديمية بقضايا جديدة لم تكن مطروحة سابقا على غرار قضايا التنمية بمختلف أبعادها لقياس مدى جدواها في تحقيق الأمن، في ظل الحديث عن وجود ترابط كبير بين مفهومي الأمن والتنمية. وكون دول رابطة أمم جنوب شرق آسيا انتهجت استراتيجية تنموية مكنتها من تحقيق نجاحات كبيرة في المجال الاقتصادي؛ وهو الأمر الذي جعل المصالح الاقتصادية لهذه الدول مترابطة بشكل كبير، وبالتالي فمن شأن التهديدات الأمنية التي تمس مصالح أي دولة أن تؤثر على دول جوارها في ظل وضع البيئة الأمنية غير المستقرة. وعليه : ستحاول هذه الورقة البحثية دراسة جدوى نهج التنمية الاقتصادية الذي انتهجته دول أمم جنوب شرق آسيا في مواجهة مختلف التهديدات الأمنية، ودورها في تعزيز الأمن والاستقرار بالإقليم؛ انطلاقا من مستوى الوعي الأمني لدى منظمة آسيان (الاقتصادية المقاربة). Abstract: Academic interest increased with new issues, such as development issues in all dimensions to measure their usefulness in achieving security, in the context of the existence of many perceptions that confirm the existence of a great correlation between the concepts of security and development. ASEAN countries have adopted a development strategy that has enabled them to achieve significant economic successes, which has made the economic interests of these States interconnected and mutually influential in the uncertain security environment. Accordingly, this research paper will try to examine the feasibility of the economic development approach adopted by by the countries of Southeast Asia in the face of various security threats, and its role in enhancing security and stability in the region based on the level of security awareness of ASEAN (economic approach).
