انعكاسات تطور التقسيم الدولي للعمل على حركة التجارة الدولية

الملخص
يهدف البحث إلى تبيان ظروف نشأة وتطور التقسيم الدولي للعمل وكيف ساهم نظام تدويل الإنتاج، الانفتاح التجاري، زيادة نشاط الشركات متعددة الجنسيات، في تغيير نمط التقسيم الدولي للعمل، وما رافق هذا من تغيرات في حركة واتجاهات التبادل التجاري الدولي. وتوصل البحث إلى أن تطور التقسيم الدولي للعمل الصق صفة البينية للتبادل التجاري الدولي، كما أن هذا التقسيم بشكليه القديم والحديث لا عدالة فيه للدول النامية رغم ظهور البعض مها كدول حديثة التصنيع ، وعلى الدول النامية إجمالا خاصة التي تعمل وفق التقسيم التقليدي أن تدفع باقتصادياتها وتعمل على تنويعها من خلال العمل وفق مبدأ التنمية المستدامة، حتى تضمن الاندماج الجيد في منظومة الاقتصاد العالمي. The research aims to show the circumstances of the rise and development of the international division of labour and how the system of production internationalization system, trade openness, increased activity of multinational firms, has changed the pattern of international division of labour, and the accompanying changes in the movement and trends of international trade. The research concluded that the development of the international division of labor has been characterized by the inter-status of international trade, and that this division in its old and modern form does not have justice for developing countries despite the emergence of some as newly industrializing countries, and the developing countries in general, especially those that work according to the traditional division, to push their economies and work to diversify them through working in accordance with the principle of sustainable development, in order to ensure good integration in the global economic system.
