قانون الأولويات في المنهج المقاصدي

الملخص
إن الحديث عن مبدأ قانون الأولويات في الجانب المقاصدي يجعلنا نولي هذا الأمر العناية التي يستحقها، ثم إن مدخل الأولويات من المداخل المركبة التي يتداخل فيها السمع والعقل و التجربة و الخبرة و كثير من العلوم الاجتماعية الإسلامية، التي يمكن أن تعين على تحليل الماضي، وفهم الحاضر، واستشراف المستقبل على المنحى المقاصدي ليتم بمقتضى ذلك تحديد ما هو أولى، وحين نحاول أن نرصد الانحرافات الخطيرة التي أصابت أمتنا نتيجة عدم أخذها بمداخل " علم الأولويات "وعدم عنايتها به، فستجلب آثارا وخيمة، وستتكشف عورات كثيرة، فعند فهم الكليات والجزئيات التي أشار إليها التشريع تحتاج إلى ترتيب على فقه الأولويات.. Abstract: Talking about the principle of the law of priorities in the Maqasid's side makes us give the matter and attention it deserves, then the entrance to the priorities is a complex entrance in which hearing, reason, experience, experience and many Islamic social sciences overlap, which can help in analyzing the past. And understanding the present, and looking forward to the future in the Makadi’s direction, in order to determine what is first, and when we try to monitor the serious deviations that afflict our nation as a result of not taking it to the entrances of "science of priorities" and not taking care of it, it will bring dire effects, and many defects will unfold.
