إشكالية تلقي المصطلح اللساني في الدرس العربي الحديث الواقع والحل

الملخص
تعتبر المصطلحات مفاهيم العلوم التي تتركز فيها خلاصة كل علم، وعليها المعول في تطوير مفاهيم العلوم وضبط تفرعاتها ومناهجها، ففي الوقت الذي تقترب فيه اللغات الأجنبية من توحيد المصطلح فإننا نجد في اللغة العربية عدد المصطلحات بعدد الدارسين مثال ذلك: الصوتيات، السيميولوجيا، التداولية، الأسلوبية،... ولعل هذا التعدد والتراكم المصطلحي راجع إلى جملة من الأسباب أهمها غياب التنسيق بين الهيئات والمجامع اللغوية ومؤسسات التعريب، وبالتالي غياب التواصل الفعلي بين المشتغلين على تأسيس ونقل المصطلح واستعماله في الحقول المعرفية، فالسعي وراء تحديد المصطلح وتوضيحه يحقق التعاقد الضمني الموجود بين واضع المصطلح وبين القارئ. Terminology is the concepts of science in which the summary of each science is focused. It is the basis for developing the concepts of science and controlling its branches and approaches. At a time when foreign languages are close to standardizing the term, we find in the Arabic language the number of terms with the number of students, for example: phonetics, biology, circulation, and style ... Perhaps these terms are proliferation and accumulation, the reasons for which are due to several reasons, the most important of which is the absence of coordination between Linguistic bodies, groups and institutions of Arabization, and thus the absence of actual communication between those concerned with establishing the term, transmitting it and using it in the fields of knowledge. Seeking to define and clarify the term fulfills the implicit contract existing between the author. The term among the reader.
