الملخص
تشكل المنظومة القيمية نموذجا إنسانيا سلوكيا وأسلوبا أخلاقيا من خلال ممارسات تحددها ضوابط مستقاة من المحيط السوسيو ثقافي ، حيث يرتبط تقنينه محوريا بالعقيدة الإسلامية كمعيار ضمني يوثق الصلة بين حلقات المضمون القيمي ، وأما م الفضاء العمومي الافتراضي الذي أتاحته وسائط الإعلام الجديد أعطى المستخدمون أشكالا متباينة في إدارة الحوار حول مسائل مختلفة وفق أنماط تفكير وطرح الآراء وتقديم تفسيرات وتشخيص الواقع الاجتماعي كل حسب وعيه الذي يحدد مجال تفاعلاته وعلاقاته بالأخرين ، والمتتبع لهذا الفضاء الافتراضي يلاحظ ان العامة من مستخدميه قد اوقعت بهم تجاوزات مست ببنيوية النسق القيمي ,ظهرت في أشكال التعصب في النقاش، التعاطي مع ثقافة دخيلة ، العنف الرمزي الكلام السطحي في تفكيك مسائل تشغل الراي العام ، صور تحاكي الممارسة اليومية دون انتقاء ودلالات ذات بعد رمزي ،بالمقابل يعطي مستخدمبن صور مثلى في إدارة الحوار وخلق تفاعل بأشكال مختلفة للواقع الاجتماعي بكل تجلياته بنوع من البصيرة وتقديس حرمة الفضاء مهما كانت ظرفية النقاش وطبيعته المطروحة من خلال انتقاء مضمون تجسده حرية واعية وممارسة ملتزمة وسلوك سوي ناجمة عن وعيه الحقيقي بتطويع هذه الوسائط كألية تواصل تحقق التزام ثقافي مستمر مستمد من تفكيره المبطن بالثقافة الدينية التي ترتقي بسلوكياته وممارساته الإيجابية . 2-كلمات مفتاحية: النسق القيمي ، الثقافة الدينية، القائم بالإتصال،إدارة الحوار، التفاعل ، الفضاء العمومي الافتراضي. 3- ملخص باللغة الإنجليزية: The value system constitutes a human behavioral model and an ethical method through practices determined by controls drawn from the socio-cultural environment, where its pivotal codification is linked to the Islamic faith as an implicit standard that documents the link between the values of values content, and the virtual public space provided by the new media gave users different forms of management Dialogue on various issues according to patterns of thinking and presenting opinions, providing explanations and diagnosing social reality, each according to his awareness, which determines the scope of his interactions and his relationships with others, And the follower of this virtual space notes that the public from its users has infringed on the structural structure of the values that appeared in the forms of intolerance in the debate, dealing with an alien culture, symbolic them violence, superficial talk in dismantling issues that occupy public opinion, pictures that simulate daily practice without selection and indications of a symbolic dimension, On the other hand, it gives users optimal images in managing dialogue and creating interaction in different forms of social reality in all its manifestations with a kind of insight and sanctification of the sanctity of space, regardless of the circumstance of the debate and its nature presented through selection of content embodying conscious freedom and committed practice and proper behavior resulting from his real awareness of adapting these media as a communication mechanism that achieves commitment Continuing cultural derived from his hidden thinking of religious culture that elevates his positive behaviors and practices. 4-Keywords: the value system, Religious Culture, Communicator, Dialogue Management, Interaction, Virtual Public Space.
