أوجه الاستغلال الاستعماري للفلاحة المغربية خلال فترة الحماية (1912 - 1956)

الملخص
لعبت الفلاحة بالمغرب على مر التاريخ دورا اجتماعيا واقتصاديا مهما في حياة المغاربة، وقد ظلت لوقت طويل تقوم بتلبية حاجيات السكان كما ونوعا، وإذا كان إنتاج هذا القطاع قد ظل تحت رحمة التقلبات المناخية، فإن عوامل أخرى ساهمت في تغيير ملامحه وخاصة الإكراهات الجديدة التي أفرزها التدخل الاستعماري، إذ بدخول المستعمر إلى المغرب تمكن من الاستيلاء والاستحواذ على أخصب وأجود الأراضي الفلاحية مستغلا جهل القبائل المغربية بالطرق القانونية لعمليتي التحفيظ والتمليك العقارية، وهكذا تقلصت المساحات الزراعية للفلاحين المحليين المغاربة مقابل ارتفاع مساحة الضيعات الاستعمارية خاصة في المناطق الزراعية الخصبة التي تتوفر على أراضي منبسطة محادية للسدود والأودية، وبالتالي أصبحت الفلاحة المحلية ضعيفة بسبب قلة الاهتمام والدعم الاستعماري لها، مقابل تطور الفلاحة الكولونيالية التي استفادت بشكل كبير من كل أنواع الدعم التقني والمعنوي والمادي التي وفرها الاستعمار لها. Abstract : The Moroccan agriculture has historically played an important social and economic role in the life of Moroccans, and has for a long time been meeting the needs of the population quantitatively and qualitatively; although the production of this sector remained subject to climatic changes. Other factors have contributed to changing its features, especially the new ones that the colonial intervention produced. AS the colonizer entered Morocco, it was able to seize the most fertile and best-quality farmlands, making use of the Moroccan tribes' ignorance of the legal methods of the registration and acquisition of land, thus reducing the agricultural space of the Moroccan local farmers against the rise of colonial farms, especially in fertile agricultural areas with flat, unfriendly dams and canyons. The local farming is thus weakened by the lack of interest and colonial support, as opposed to the development of the colonial agriculture which has benefited greatly from all the technical, moral, and material support that colonialism provided.
