التعليم الالكتروني وتأثيره على دور المعلم في العملية التعليمية

الملخص
لقد أدت تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال إلى ظهور أساليب جديدة في التعليم عامة والتعليم العالي خاصة، إذ أن المعلم والمتعلم وجدا نفسيهما اليوم أمام بيئة رقمية أصبحت المعلومة فيها متاحة في شكل الكتروني يمكن تبادلها بسهولة ويسر ودون حواجز الزمان أو المكان، فقد أصبح العالم اليوم يعيش ضمن قرية كونية، الأمر الذي حتم على الساهرين على المنظومة التعليمية إيجاد حلول ضمن هذا التطور ومسايرة مستجداته من اجل الحفاظ على الطالب الذي يطمح دوما للحصول على أفضل أساليب تعليمية، وعلى رأسها التعليم الالكتروني أو التعليم عن بعد الذي يرتبط بالوسائل الالكترونية وشبكات المعلومات والاتصال (شبكة الانترنت بالدرجة الأولى)؛ والذي كان له أثر كبير على كل من المتعلم والمعلم، حيث أن هذا الأخير وجد نفسه أمام أسلوب جديد يعتمد على وسائل حديثة ومتطورة، فأصبح ملزما بضرورة التمكن من استخدام مثل هاته الأساليب من أجل مواكبة التطور، وبالتالي تغيير طريقة إلقاء الدرس الذي كان مرتبطا بقاعة درس ليصبح في شكل افتراضي هدفه هو جعل الطالب عنصرا فعالا وحيويا في الدرس بعكس كونه متلقي للمعلومة وفقط كما كان في الطريقة التعليمية التقليدية، ومن هنا التمكن من تحقيق ما يعرف بجودة التعليم. Information and communication technology has led to the emergence of new methods in education in general and higher education in particular, as the teacher and the learner found themselves today in front of a digital environment in which information became available in an electronic form that can be easily and easily exchanged without the barriers of time or place, as the world today is living in a village. Cosmic, which made it imperative for those in charge of the educational system to find solutions within this development and keep pace with its developments in order to preserve the student who always aspires to obtain the best educational methods, on top of which is electronic education or distance education that is linked to electronic means and information and communication networks (internet by degree First); Which had a great impact on both the learner and the teacher, as the latter found himself in front of a new method based on modern and sophisticated means, so he became obliged to be able to use such methods in order to keep pace with development, and thus change the method of delivering the lesson that was associated with a classroom To become in a hypothetical form, its goal is to make the student an active and vital element in the lesson, unlike being a recipient of information and only as it was in the traditional educational method, and from here to be able to achieve what is known as quality education.
