الملخص
في وقت لازالت ظاهرة الإرهاب هي الحدث الأبرز على الساحة العالمية، وإشكالية القضاء عليها هي الهاجس الأكبر للعالم أجمع، ولما كان التمويل مصدر قوة أي تنظيم وبالتالي فانه كلما تضاعف تمويل التنظيمات الإرهابية كلما تصاعدت وتيرة الجرائم التي ترتكبها، الأمر الذي تفطنت له الجماعة الدولية أين أولت أهمية خاصة لمكافحة جريمة تمويل الإرهاب ، من منطلق وعيها أن السبيل الوحيد للقضاء على الإرهاب هو قطع التمويل عنه. At a time when the phenomenon of terrorism is still the most prominent event on the world stage, and the problem of eliminating it is the greatest concern for the whole world, And since financing is a source of strength for any organization, therefore, the more that the financing of terrorist organizations increases, the more crimes they commit. , To which the international community has realized, where it attached special importance to combating the crime of financing terrorism, as it is aware that the only way to eliminate terrorism is to cut off funding to it.
