الملخص

أصبح لتكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصالات مكانة هامة في بنية مختلف اقتصادات العالم، نظرا لدورها المحوري عبر مختلف استخداماتها في المجالات الحيوية و لا سيما في مجالات الصناعة و الخدمات و التجارة، اذ يلاحظ الأثر الايجابي لها في زيادة الفعالية في الأعمال و في ارتفاع معدلات الانتاج و زيادة الأرباح، كما تساهم الاستثمارات الموجهة في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصالات في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي و تعزيز الميزة التنافسية في الأسواق التي تعتمد بشكل متزايد على هذه التقنية. و في تحقيق نقلة نوعية في تلك الاقتصاديات خاصة تلك التي تتمتع ببنية تحتية قوية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال. Information and communication technology has become an important place in the structure of the various economies of the world, due to its pivotal role through its various uses in vital areas, especially in the fields of industry, services and trade, as it is noticed its positive impact in increasing efficiency in business and in increasing production rates and increasing Profits. Directed investments in information and communication technology contribute to achieving economic growth and enhancing competitive advantage in markets that increasingly rely on this technology. And in achieving a quantum leap in those economies, especially those that have a strong information and communication technology infrastructure.
