الملخص
اهتمت هذه الورقة البحثية بدراسة وتحليل واحدة من أهم السياسات التنموية في الجزائر مطلع القرن الواحد والعشرون (21) وهي سياسة التنمية الريفية، من خلال تحليل واقع تمويل التنمية الريفية في ولاية برج بوعريريج، انطلاقاً من تحليل البيانات والإحصائيات المتحصل عليها من مختلف الهياكل المخول لها القيام بتسيير، دعم وترقية القطاع الفلاحي والريفي على مستوى ولاية برج بوعريريج خلال الفترة 2000/2020. This paper is concerned with studying and analyzing one of the most important development policies in Algeria at the beginning of the 21st century, which is the policy of rural development by analyzing the reality of financing rural development in the wilaya of Bordj Bou Arreridj, based on the analysis of data and statistics obtained from the various structures authorized to conduct, support and promote the agricultural sector And rural areas in the wilaya of Bordj Bou Arreridj during the 2000/2020 period. Cet article s'intéresse à l'étude et à l'analyse de l'une des politiques de développement les plus importantes en Algérie au début du XXIe siècle, qui est la politique de développement rural en analysant la réalité du financement du développement rural dans la wilaya de Bordj Bou Arreridj, à partir de l'analyse des données et statistiques obtenues auprès des différentes structures habilitées à conduire, soutenir et promouvoir le secteur agricole. Et les zones rurales de la wilaya de Bordj Bou Arreridj pendant la période 2000/2020
