الملخص
إن شعور الإنسان منذ طفولته بالقبول الاجتماعي يساعده على التفاعل السليم مـع أفـراد بيئته، فالطفل في نموه وسلوكه الاجتماعي يتأثر بالأفراد الذين يتفاعل معهم وبالمجتمع الذي يحيا فـي إطاره وبالثقافة التي تهيمن على أسرته و مدرسته. ، ويـشكل الأفراد ذوو الحاجات الخاصة في المجتمع أكثر من 10 %من نسبة السكان لـذلك قامـت حكومـات الدول المتقدمة والهيئات الرسمية وغير الرسمية بالاهتمام بالأفراد المعوقين وتقديم كافة أشكال الخدمات لهم ليتمكنوا من الاندماج في البيئة المحيطـة بهم مما ينعكس إيجابيا عليهم،وهذا ماسعت اليه الورقة العلمية من خلال عرض أهم التجارب في مجال الرعاية . Since childhood, a person's sense of social acceptance helps him to interact properly with the members of his environment, as the child's development and social behavior is influenced by the individuals with whom he interacts with him, the society in which he lives and the culture that dominates his family and school. Individuals with special needs in society make up more than 10% of the population, so the governments of developed countries and official and informal bodies have taken care of individuals with disabilities and provided them with all forms of services so that they can integrate into their environment, which reflects positively on them, and this is what the scientific paper sought by presenting the most important experiences in the field of care.
