الملخص
الملخص: من خلال هذه الدراسة نستشف مساهمة الفلاسفة في التطورات العالمية من خلال أفكار نيتشه و كانط و هيغل و فوكو مع ما تطرق إليه العديد من الباحثين المعاصرين في موضوع الأمن العالمي كفرانسيس فوكوياما و صامويل هنتغتون و نعوم تشومسكي و بريجنسكي مبرزين دراسات جديدة حول الأمن الاستراتيجي خاصة على مستوى المفاهيم و المصطلحات التي تدور حولها، و بذلك عرف مفهوم الأمن تغيرا في تحديداته و أبعاده و مستوياته ، و برزت معاهد متخصصة في هذا المجال منها الجيواستراتيجيا و الجيوبوليتك و المخابر الأمنية . و عليه تتمحور إشكالية الدراسة حول التحول الإبستمولوجي في مفهوم الأمن و ما مدى مساهمة الفلسفة في التطور الفكري الذي شهده الأمن الاستراتيجي بعد الحرب الباردة ؟ . Abstract : Through this study, we can see the contribution of philosophers to global developments through the ideas of Nietzsche, Immanuel Kant, Hegel and Foucault, with the touch of many contemporary researchers on the subject of global security such as Francis Fukuyama, Samuel Huntington, Noam Chomsky and Brzezinski, highlighting new studies on strategic security especially at the level of concepts and terms that revolve around them and thus the concept of security knew a change in its identification and the definition of its dimensions and levels, and emerged specialized institutes in this field including geostrategic, geopolitics and security laboratories. So, the problem of the study revolves around the epistemological shift in the concept of security and the extent to which philosophy contributes to the intellectual development of strategic security after the Cold War ?
