الملخص
الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على دور أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في الكشف عن الموهوبين رياضيا في العاب القوى داخل الوسط المدرسي وذلك في الطور المتوسط، وإعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي وشملت عينة الدراسة أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية للطور المتوسط، وذلك على مستوى ولاية بشار البالغ عددهم 60 أستاذ موزعين على العديد من متوسطات هذه الولاية، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. وقد استعملنا كأدوات في هذه الدراسة استبيان متكون من 03 محاور كل محور يحتوي على مجموعة من الأسئلة موجه للأساتذة، أما الأساليب الإحصائية استخدمنا قانون النسب المئوية لتحليل النتائج في جميع الأسئلة بعد حساب تكرارات كل منها. حيث تمثلت نتائج الدراسة في: وجود علاقة ارتباطية لكفاءة استاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية والكشف عن الرياضي في العاب القوى، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية بين خبرة استاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية والكشف عن الرياضي في العاب القوى، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية بين المنافسات الرياضية واكتشاف الموهوبين رياضيا في العاب القوى. Abstract: This study aimed to identify the role of a professor of physical education and sports in the detection of talented athletes in athletics within the school milieu in the intermediate stage, and we relied in our study on the descriptive approach and the study sample included the teachers of physical education and sports of the intermediate stage, and that at the level of Bashar state, who are 60 Professor, distributed over several averages in this state, were randomly assigned. We have used as tools in this study a questionnaire consisting of 03 axes, each axis contains a set of questions directed to the professors. As for the statistical methods, we used the law of percentages to analyze the results in all questions after calculating the occurrences of each one. The results of the study are represented in: the existence of a correlational relationship for the proficiency of the professor of physical education and sports, the detection of the athlete in athletics, the existence of a correlational relationship between the experience of the professor of physical education and sports and the detection of the athlete in athletics, and the existence of a correlative relationship between sports competitions and the discovery of talented athletes in athletics.
