جدلية مفهوم العولمة بين الفكر الغربي والعربي من منظور المساءلة الفلسفية

الملخص
يتناول موضوع هذا المقال "العولمة" من منظور محدَّد هو المساءلة الفلسفية علماً بأنَّ المساءلة أيٍّ كانت فهي زحزحة وتجاوز بمعنى من المعاني. لا سيما إذا غامرنا بالقول بفرضية قيام وإمكانية وجود "مرحلة ما بعد العولمة"؛ أي أنَّ العولمة موجة تحمل في ثناياها بذور انهيارها كونها مرحلة عابرة محدودة بحدود زمنية ليس إلاَّ. غير أنَّ هذا العبور هو بالنسبة للعرب "أوديسا" على محك الرهان. ما طرح مفارقة الهوة والشرخ الواسع بين الغربي والعربي في جميع المستويات وعلى كل الأصعدة. إلاَّ أنَّ الفكري والمعرفي هو أخطرها. وظلت المفاهيم كاستعمال لغوي محتلة لمكانة الآليات الحربية عبر الأزمنة والأمكنة، وباتت اليوم فيما يُعرف بعصر المعرفة التكنولوجي الفوري ، أقوى سلطة تأثير وهي الحقيقة التي يؤكدها قول المفكر الفرنسي "رولان بارث": " إنَّ الحروب القادمة ستكون سيميائية" . Abstract; The theme of this research is cultural globalization from a Philosophical Question point of view; its general theme is "globalization" and its special area is the dialectic concept between Western and Arab thought. This That is from the perspective of philosophical questioning, and note that all Question is transcending and moving in one direction. Let us venture into the hypothesis of the existence and the possibility of a "post-globalization" phase, that is to say that globalization is only a transitional phase limited by a more or less determined. This posed the paradox of the rupture and the great fracture between the West and the Arab at all levels. However, the intellectual and the cognitive are the most dangerous. The concepts remained as a linguistic use occupied the prestige of the mechanisms of warfare through the ages, and today, in what is called the immediate technological era, has become the most powerful influence, and this is the truth confirmed by the words of the French thinker, "Roland Barth": "Future wars will be semiotic". Résumé ; Le thème de cette recherche est la mondialisation d’un point de vue de Questionnement Philosophique ; son thème général est "La mondialisation", et spécialement l’étude dialectique du concept de la mondialisation entre pensée ; occidental et arab. Et cela ; d’un point de vue de Questionnement Philosophique. Notez que toute critique est transcender et déplacer dans un sens. Plus qu’on ose aventurons dans l'hypothèse de l'existence et de la possibilité d'une phase "post-mondialisation", c'est-à-dire que la mondialisation n’est qu’une phase transitoire limitée par un espace de temps plus ou moins déterminé. Ce qui a posé le paradoxe du rupture et de la grande fracture entre l'Occident et l'Arabe à tous les niveaux. Cependant, l'intellectuel et le cognitif sont les plus dangereux. Les concepts sont restés comme une utilisation linguistique occupaient le prestige des mécanismes de guerre à travers les époques , et aujourd'hui, dans ce que l'on appelle l'ère technologique immédiate, est devenu l'influence la plus puissante, et c’est la vérité confirmé par le parole du penseur français, "Roland Barth": "Les guerres futures seront sémiotiques".
