الملخص
ملخص يعتبر مختص الأبحاث في علم الميراث من متون الفقه على المذهب المالكي، وهو عبارة عن خلاصة وجيزة لخصها الشيخ محمد بن سليمان؛ لتكون توطئة في علم الميراث؛ حيث جمعه مؤلّفَه في أقل عبارة، وأفصح بيان، وسهولة في العرض، وتأتي هذه المقالة لتزيل الغبار على هذا الموروث الثقافي، الذي لم تعتن به أيّ دراسة، وذلك من خلال التعريف بالشيخ محمد بن سليمان وجهوده من خلال متن مختصر الأبحاث في علم الميراث. Abstract The researcher in the science of inheritance is considered as one of the jurisprudential rhymed books of the Maliki school which is a brief summary done by Sheikh Muhammad bin Sulaiman to be as a preface in the science of inheritance where the author made it in a collection compiling the least number of phrases and the most eloquent statements and at the same time easy to be presented. This article comes to rempve the dust off this cultural heritage , which has not been taken into consideration by any other studies, by introducting Sheikh Muhammad bin Sulaiman and his efforts through the rhymed text of the research's shortcuts in the science of inheritance.
