الملخص
ملخص: الجراحة التجميلية هي تلك التي تعمل على تحسين وتجميل المظهر الخارجي لجسم الإنسان، ورغم أن الطب التجميلي هو اختصاص غير مقنن في الجزائر، إلا أن بعض الممارسات التجميلية انتشرت في السنوات الأخيرة، من هنا يثار تساؤل حول تحديد طبيعة التزام جراح التجميل، إذ من النادر أن تتوافر في عمليات التجميل تلك الشروط التي تبرر المساس بحرمة جسم الإنسان، وهي ضرورة شفاء المريض من علة أو مرض يعاني منه، فضلا عن أنه لا وجود للتناسب في جراحة التجميل بين ما يتعرض له المريض وبين ما يتوقع من فائدة، فهي تتميز عن غيرها من الجراحات بأن إجرائها كمالي وليس ضروريا من أجل استمرار الحياة، مما يطرح مسألة البحث عن نطاق وطبيعة واجبات الطبيب في مواجهة المقبل على الجراحة التجميلية بالقانون الجزائري. Abstract: Cosmetic surgery is the one that works to improve and beautify the external appearance of the human body. Although cosmetic medicine is an unconventional specialty in Algeria, some cosmetic practices have spread in recent years. In cosmetic surgery, these conditions justify the violation of the sanctity of the human body, which is the need to heal the patient from illness or illness suffers from it, as well as there is no proportion in plastic surgery between what is exposed to the patient and what is expected to benefit, it is distinguished from other surgeries That it is a complete undertaking and not necessary for continuity Life, which raises the question of research on the scope and nature of the duties of the doctor in the next face on cosmetic surgery Algerian law.
