الرضا عن التوجيه وعلاقته بالتحصيل الدراسي لدى عينة من تلاميذ السنة الثانية ثانوي ( دراسة ميدانية بثانويات مدينة مسعد بالجلفة

- الملخص: هدفت دراستنا الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الرضا عن التوجيه والتحصيل الدراسي, وصغنا أربع فرضيات لهذه الدراسة هي: توجد علاقة ارتباطيه بين الرضا عن التوجيه والتحصيل الدراسي لدى تلاميذ السنة الثانية ثانوي، يوجد مستوى مرتفع من الرضا لدى تلاميذ السنة الثانية ثانوي عن التوجيه ، هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الجنسين في الرضا عن التوجيه، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرضا عن التوجيه تعزى إلى التخصص. وقد إعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي الذي رأينا انه مناسبا لمثل هذه الدراسة. وتمثلت عينة البحث في (400) تلميذ تمثل كل تلاميذ السنة الثانية ثانوي المنتمين للتخصصات العلمية لثانويات مدينة مسعد والمتمدرسين خلال الموسم الدراسي 2014/2015. واستخدمنا إستبيان الرضا عن التوجيه المدرسي المعد من طرف الباحث قدوري خليفة، كما تم التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية على العينة التي سيطبق عليها وللوصول إلى النتائج اعتمدنا على بعض الأساليب الإحصائية هي: معامل إرتباط بيرسون، إختبار T.test لقياس دلالة الفروق، تحليل التباين الأحادي ANOVA . و خلصنا في دراستنا إلى: وجود علاقة ارتباطيه بين الرضا عن التوجيه والتحصيل الدراسي لدى تلاميذ السنة الثانية ثانوي. ارتفاع مستوى الرضا عن التوجيه عند تلاميذ السنة الثانية ثانوي. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الجنسين في الرضا عن التوجيه لصالح الإناث. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرضا عن التوجيه تعزى إلى التخصص. Summary Our current study aimed to detect the relationship between the satisfaction with the guidance and the academic achievement. There are some hypotheses have been formulated: Is there correlation between the guidance satisfaction and the academic achievement among second year students of second year. There is a high level of satisfaction among second year students for the guidance under the current laws. There are significant statistical differences between the genders in their satisfaction with guidance. There are no significant statistical differences in the guidance lead to specialization. We relied on our study on the descriptive approach that we have seen the appropriate for such a study. The research represented in a sample of (400) students represents all the second year students that belong to the scientific streams in the secondary schools of Messaad city and the scholars during the academic year 2014/2015. It was relying on the satisfaction questionnaire about the school guidance that has been already prepared by the researcher Kaddouri Khlifa and it has been confirmed through its psychometric properties on the sample that will apply on it, and to reach the result relying on following statistic methods: Correlation coefficient Pirson. Test T.test to measure the significance of differences.The analysis of variance ANOVA. The study concluded to the following results: There is cooperation between the satisfaction about the guidance and the academic achievement among the second year student. There is a high level of satisfaction among second year students about the guidance under the current laws. There are significant statistical between the genders about the guidance in specialization. There are significant statistics about satisfaction with the guidance lead to specialization.
