التكوين المهني في المؤسسات العقابية ، قراءة سوسيولوجية في الأبعاد الاقتصادية والتنموية

الملخص
ملخص: تتطرق الدراسة لواحد من الموضوعات الحساسة التي تندرج في مركز الانشغالات الخاصة بالمؤسسات الإصلاحية والعقابية (السجون)، كما أنها تكتسي فضلا عن ذلك أهمية بالغة بالنسبة للمجتمع ككل، وهي مقاربة سوسيولوجية لتجربة المؤسسة السجنية، الهدف منها إبراز المجهودات الملموسة التي تقوم بها هذه المؤسسات عمليا في تكوين نزلائها من المحبوسين والمنحرفين، الشباب منهم بوجه خاص، والتي تندرج في صميم مهامها، كما تطمح إلى الكشف عن الدور البارز والمتعدد الأوجه الذي تضطلع به من خلال برامجها الإصلاحية مساهمة منها في إعادة تهيئة السجناء للاندماج بسهولة في الحياة الاجتماعية بعد استنفاذهم مدة العقوبة وتأهيلهم للانخراط في قطاعات النشاط الإنتاجي المختلفة والمساهمة بالتالي في التنمية الاقتصادية. ا Abstract: This article is a contribution to the study of one of the subjects which seems sociologically very sensitive and which is at the center of the preoccupations of correctional and penal establishments, as well as it is of capital importance for society in as a whole, it aims to be a socio-analytical approach to the experience of penal establishments, its objective is to discover the multiple efforts undertaken by these institutions practically in the training of prisoners and delinquents, among those in the young category in particular, it also aspires to reveal the important role that its institutions play continuously through their programs of training and rehabilitation of prisoners, allowing them all at same time to reintegrate as easily as possible into social life after having finished their prison terms and feel capable of giving themselves up and rehabilitating themselves and integrate into the different sectors of productive activity, there by contributing to economic development. :Résume Le présent article est une contribution pour l'étude de l' un des sujets qui semble sociologiquement très sensible et qui se situe au centre des préoccupations des établissements correctionnels et pénales, aussi bien qu'il est d'une importance capitale pour la société dans son ensemble, elle se veut une approche socio-analytique de l' expérience des établissements pénitentiaires, son objectif est de découvrir les multiples efforts entrepris par ces institutions pratiquement en matière de formation des prisonniers et délinquants, parmi ceux la catégorie jeune en particulier, elle aspire également à révéler le rôle important que jouent ses institutions continuellement à travers leurs programmes de formation et de réhabilitation des prisonniers, en leur permettant toute à la fois de se réintégrer le plus facilement que possible dans la vie sociale après avoir finir leurs peines de prison et se sentir capables de se livrer à eux même et réhabilites à s'insérer dans les différents secteurs d'activité productive, en contribuant ainsi au développement économique.
