تقييم الكفايات التدريسية لأستاذ الجامعي من وجهة نظرالطالب "دراسة ميدانية بجامعتي سعيدة و سيدي بلعباس

الملخص
سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على تقييم الكفايات التدريسية للأستاذ الجامعي من وجهة نظر الطالب، وكذا الكشف إذا ما كانت هناك فروق في درجة امتلاك الأستاذ الجامعي للكفايات التدريسية من وجهة نظر الطلبة تعزى لمتغير التخصص و متغير المستوى الدراسي،و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي. حيث طبق استبيان مكون من 51 فقرة لخمسة أبعاد على عينة قوامها (163) طالب و طالبة ؛ و توصلت نتائج إلى أن الكفايات التدريسية للأستاذ الجامعي من وجهة نظر الطلبة كانت فوق المتوسط وفق الأبعاد الخمسة للاستبيان من وجهة نظر الطلبة، و عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في امتلاك الكفايات التدريسية للأستاذ الجامعي من وجهة نظر الطلبة تعزى لمتغير التخصص ، و عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في امتلاك الكفايات التدريسية للأستاذ الجامعي من وجهة نظر الطلبة تعزى لمتغير المستوى الدراسي ، وقد خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات. Résumé : ’étude en cours visait à identifier l'évaluation des compétences pédagogiques du professeur d’université du point de vue de l’étudiant, ainsi qu’à déterminer s’il existait des différences dans le degré de ces compétences du point de vue des étudiants , en fonction de la spécialité et le niveau d’études. La méthode descriptive est retenue pour atteindre des objectifs tracés. Un questionnaire de 51 questions a été distribué sur un échantillon de 163 étudiants. Les résultats de l’étude ont montré que les compétences pédagogiques du professeur d’université du point de vue des étudiants se situait au-dessus de la moyenne selon les cinq dimensions, ainsi l'existence de différences statistiquement significatives dans le degré de possession des compétences du point de vue des étudiants en raison de la spécialité ;et l'absence de différences statistiquement significatives dans le degré de possession des compétences du point de vue des étudiants en raison du niveau d'étude. L'étude a abouti à un ensemble de recommandations. Mots-clés: Evaluation – Compétences pédagogiques - Professeur – Summary The purpose of the study is to identify the evaluation of teaching competencies of the university professor from the student's point of view, and to determine the differences in degree of possessing the teaching competencies from the students' point of view, depending on the variables: the specialization, and the learning level. The descriptive method is used to achieve the objectives outlined The results revealed that the degree of teaching competencie was above average according to the five dimensions adopted in the questionnaire distributed to students.The findings also revealed differences in the degree of possessing the teaching competencies of university professor from the point of view of students according to the specialization are recorded, on the other hand, the results showed the abssence of statistically significant differences in the the degree of possessing the teaching competencies from Students' point of view attributed to the level of study .
