ملخص الدراسة : تتمحور هذه الدراسة حول موضوع استراتيجيات الفاعلين و الصراع التنظيمي حيث كان الهدف منها هو التعرف عن الأسباب الفعلية وراء الصراع التنظيمي في مؤسسات الصحة العمومية وما هي الاستراتيجيات المتبعة في مواجهة هذا الصراع، وهل العامل في المؤسسة الاستشفائية هو فاعل قادر على التدخل والمشاركة في مشاكل التنظيم ، بمعنى آخر هل هامش حرية الفاعل واقع ميداني ملموس.
