الملخص
يحاول هذا البحث أن يُلقي الضوء على مبادئ حقوق المرأة في شعر معروف الرصافي. اجتهدنا في هذا البحث أن نتطرّق إلى دراسة أهمّ حقوق المرأة في شعر معروف الرصافي وذلك بناء على أهميّة المرأة ودورها الفعّال الّتي تلعبه في المجتمع. معروف الرصافي من الشعراء البارزين والمعاصرين في العراق وقد وُلد في بغداد. هو شاعر يمتاز بنزعته الإنسانية وهو مبارز شجاع يحاول أبداً أن يقف إلى جانب الفئات المحرومة والمستضعفة في المجتمع وهذا كلّه يرجع إلى عواطفه ومشاعره الحيّة وكذلك إلى موقعه السياسي والاجتماعي. وقد حاول الشاعر من خلال نقده العنيف أن يفصح عن العيوب الّتي طالما سكت عنها الآخرون وقد نصر النساء لكي يصلن إلى مكانتهن الّتي تليق بهنّ إلى حدّ ما. يظهر لنا من خلال نتائج هذا البحث بأنّ الشاعر يرى لحضور النساء في المجال الاجتماعي عاملاً مؤثّراً في نموّ المجتمعات وازدهارها وهو يعتقد بأنّ هذا الأمر لا يتيسّر سوى بقمع وتمزيق الرداء المندرس المتمثّل في التقليد الأعمى. الشاعر ينتقد الإدّعاء القائل بأفضليّة الرجال على النساء ويهاجم هذه الأدلّة الكاذبة الّتي تطمح إلى انتشار مثل هذه الإدّعاءات. ومن أهمّ المخاوف الّتي نلحظها في شعر الشاعر هي: التطرّق إلى مسائل كالزواج والطلاق وكذلك تركيز الشاعر على بيان الإشكاليات الاجتماعية الّتي لا تتسبّب سوى في الرجولية والتخلّف عند الكثير من النّاس في المجتمع. The purpose of this study was to investigate the Fundamentals of women's rights in maroof Rosafi,s poetry .In this research, due to the importance of the role and position of women as an influential element in society, it has tried to examine its most important rights in the poetry of maroof al-Rosafi. Maroof Rosafi the famouse and contemporary Iraqi poet, was born in Baghdad.He was a human poet whose living emotions and feelings along with his polotical and social position caused him to associate with the miserable classes of society. and with his sharp criticism, he sought to reveal a defect that had not been spoken for many years and helped women to greatly help them achieve their worth. Findings of the research show that addressing the issue of education of women, equality of rights with women and women, the right to choose spouses and divorced spouses is one of the important issues that is a great deal in his poetry. He believed that the Islamic society would not achieve real progress unless it was seriously addressed as a component of the education of women and girls and that the cause of the backwardness of Eastern societies was caused by ignorance and ignorance of women. In order to prove women's rights, she has repeatedly reminded everyone that Islam not only did not dominate the man over the woman, but did not excel the human race against any other person of any race.
