الملخص
يواجه التعليم اليوم-الكثير من أي وقت مضى- رهانات متعددة مصدرها التحديات الناشئة عن الانفجار المعرفي والثورة التكنولوجية الحديثة ،أو ما يسمى بمجتمع المعلومات ،فقد اختلفت طرق التعليم ومعايير انتقاء المراجع والمصادر في البيئة الرقمية ذات الكم الهائل من المعلومات والمعارف، وبالتالي فإن التطرق إلى التعليم الإلكتروني ومعوقاته يعد أمرا مطلوبا . فهذه الورقة البحثية سارت بأهدافها للإجابة على مختلف النقاط التالية : - البيئة الرقمية،ومجتمع المعلومات،ومصادر المعلومات الإلكترونية. - المراجع الإلكترونية في البيئة الرقمية ومعايير اختيارها . - معوقات التعليم الإلكتروني وتدابير لمواجهة الجرائم الإلكترونية . -آليات لتدريب المتعلمين على الأنشطة و العروض والملفات في البيئة الرقمية . - استراتيجيات لتفعيل ثقافة التعليم الالكتروني . Abstract : Today, education faces multiple stakes, the source of which is the challenges arising from the explosion of knowledge and the recent technological revolution, or the so-called information society. The methods of education and the criteria for selecting references and sources in the digital environment with a huge amount of information and knowledge differed, and therefore, touching on electronic education and its obstacles is required. This research paper went with its objectives to answer the following various points: - the digital environment, the information society, and electronic information sources. - Electronic references in the digital environment and their selection criteria. E-learning barriers and measures to cope with electronic crime. -Methods for training learners on activities, presentations and files in the digital environment. -Strategies to activate the culture of e-learning.
