الأقليات الدينية والعرقية (المغرب نموذجا 1850-1950): دراسة في المفهوم

الملخص

يعد موضوع الأقليات من الموضوعات المهمة في تاريخ الشعوب، بالنظر إلى تجذرها وتجددها في نفس الوقت مع التغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي تحدث على مرّ العصور. والباحث فيه حتما تعترضه عدة صعوبات مرتبطة بالمفهوم والسياق التاريخي، وبحقل الدراسة ومجالها، واختلاف المقاربات التي يتم توظيفها، فضلا عن كونه موضوعا تتداخل فيه تخصصات عديدة مثل علم الاجتماع والأنثربولوجيا والسياسة والتاريخ. لذلك سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية استعراض مجموعة من التعريفات التي قد تمكن من إعطاء تعريف أو معنى أكثر شمولا، وكذلك استنتاج مختلف المعايير المعتمدة لتحديد دلالة مفهوم الأقلية وتوضيح أبعاده. على ضوء ذلك، يمكننا أن نقف على أهم المفاهيم المؤطرة للأقليات التي عاشت في كنف المجتمع المغربي سواء الدينية (أهل الذمة/أهل الكتاب) أو العرقية (الأجانب عموما)، باعتبارها جماعات شكلت أقلية ضمن مجتمع غالبيته من المسلمين. Having been influenced by the economic and social changes throughout history, the issue of minorities has become one of the most important topics in the history of people. A researcher who deals with this topic is likely to face a variety of difficulties related to the concept itself and its historical context, the subject filed and the different approaches that can be adopted. In addition to this, this kind of topics in multidisciplinary in which many disciplines such as Sociology, Anthropology, Politics and History are involved. For this reason, this research paper will introduce various definitions which are meant to give a more comprehensive meaning to the term “minorities” as well as it will deduce the different criteria adopted to define the concept of minorities and its dimensions. This research will shed light on the most important framing concepts of the minorities that lived within the Moroccan society, weather religious (Ahl Adima, Ahl Al Kitab) or ethnic (foreigners in general), that were seen as minority groups within a society most of which are Muslims.
