هملكار برقة: دوره العسكري والسياسي والاقتصادي (247-229 ق.م)

الملخص
لا يزال التطرق لموضوع القائد هملكار برقة والدور الذي لعبه في تاريخ قرطاج، لا سيما من حيث المجال العسكري والسياسي والاقتصادي موضوع قليل البحث، والمادة الخبرية حوله نادرة، حيث أن أغلب الدراسات والأبحاث تطرقت إليه بطريقة عامة ومختزلة، مقارنة بجنرالات الدولة القرطاجية الآخرين خاصة ابنه حنبعل، علما أن هملكار هو من بنى أغلب أمجاد عائلة آل برقة، والمؤثر في الأمر عدم وجود دراسات علمية للموضوع باللغة العربية باستثناء بعض الجهود المتفرقة هنا و هناك، لذلك فإن الهدف من إثارة هذا الطرح محاولة دفع باحثي التاريخ القديم لا سيما المهتمين بتاريخ الحضارة القرطاجية، معالجة هذه الشخصية ودراستها بشكل أعمق والإلمام بتفاصيلها الدقيقة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هملكار برقة قد عمل الشيء الكثير لأجل عظمة قرطاج، حتى تمكنت من الحفاظ على توازنها والوقوف بوجه الدولة الرومانية وأطماعها، فهو الذي وضع أسس جيش قرطاجي شبه دائم، وصاغ وسائله وأدواته، وهو الذي أعد في حقيقة الأمر العدة لتجديد الحرب مع روما قبيل وفاته، ولا ريب في القول بأنه كان واحدا من أعظم الجنرالات، الذين شهدهم العالم على مر العصور، وكان رجل شديد الذكاء ذو كفاءة لا تضاهى، وهذا ما أثبتته تحركاته العسكرية و استراتجيته السياسية ورؤيته الاقتصادية الثاقبة. The issue of Hamilcar Barca and the role he played in the Carthaginian history especially in the military, political and even economic fields, still a non spoken issue though the researches and the informational articles about it are few. The majority of studies and researches studied it in general and brief way if we compare it to other Carthaginian leaders and especially his son Hannibal. Considering the fact that Hamilcar was the one who built the glory of the Barcides. Unfortunately, there is no scientific studies in Arabic language that take the issue in consideration except some sporadic efforts. So the aim of the raised theme is a push up to the history searchers and especially the interested ones in the Carthaginian civilization history to analyse the character of Hamilcar, study it deeply and have knowledge of its accurate details. We sum up that Hamilcar Barca was the responsible engineer for the greatness of Carthage. Who made this later kept its balance and challenged the Roman Empire and its lusts. Hamilcar Barca was the founder of a semi lasting army and the creator of its tools. Indeed, Hamilcar Barca was preparing for the war against Rome before his death. There is no doubt to say he was among the great leaders and warlords in history. He was very brilliant and capable which was seen in his military and political movements and economic predeive vision.
