The question of the presence of women in the labor market remains important in recent years. Despite the legal encouragement by the Algerian law, their career path remains different compared to the man. This situation is called the glass ceiling, it reflects the low appearance of women in positions of responsibility. This study requires a qualitative approach, wich allows to understand the existence of the phenomenon and the difficulties that lead to this situation in Sonelgaz.
