الملخص
يقصد بقانون القضاء العسكري أو قانون الأحكام العسكرية، ذلك القانون الذي يحدد الجرائم المخلة بأمن ونظام القوات المسلحة، والعقوبات المقررة لها، والإجراءات التي تحكم الدعوى العسكرية، يشكل القضاء العسكري محورا هاما لدراسة القانون خاصة في شقه المتعلق بالمحاكم العسكرية، فمن محاكم ثورية إلى محاكم عرفية، ثم مجلس الدولة ومحاكم عسكرية دائمة، هذه هي المحاور التي بني عليها القضاء العسكري في الجزائر. The military justice law or the law on Military Sentences, which defines crimes that violate the security and order of the armed forces, the penalties prescribed for them, and the procedures governing the military case, the military judiciary constitutes an important focus for the study of the law, especially in its section on military courts, from revolutionary courts to customary courts , then the Council of State and permanent military courts, these are the axes upon which the military judiciary in Algeria was built.
