الملخص
ملخص عادت روسيا من حطام الحرب الباردة ومخلفات الاتحاد السوفياتي لتثبت قوتها من جديد بسياسات خارجية نشطة وهادفة على الساحة الإقليمية والدولية بحثا عن إعادة الدور والمكانة بين القوى الكبرى. ورغم تعدد الدراسات التي طرحت موضوع السياسة الخارجية الروسية ضمن تخصص العلوم السياسية والعلاقات الدولية، إلا أن هذا الطرح يهدف إلى إبراز الرهانات والتداعيات الواقعة على عاتق القيادة السياسية الروسية والمنعكسة على قرارتها وعلاقاتها مع دول منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا، وما يزيد على موضوعنا تجددا هي الفترة الزمنية الحديثة الممتدة من 2018/2020 وما تحمله من تحديات ووقائع حالية ومستمرة المتمثلة في جائحة Covid-19وتداعياته الإيجابية والسلبية على روسيا الاتحادية، ذلك بالاعتماد على النظرية الواقعية والليبرالية اللذان يعكسان سعي روسيا بالحفاظ على مصالحها سواء بالقوة الصلبة أو الناعمة ومقترب الدور الذي يُفسًر من خلاله سلوك روسيا إقليميا ودوليا قبل وبعد.Covid-19 Abstract : Russia has returned from the wreckage of the Cold War and the remnants of the Soviet Union to prove its strength once again with active and targeted foreign policies on the regional and international arena in search of restoring the role and place among the major powers. Despite the multiplicity of studies that have raised the topic of Russian foreign policy within the specialization of political science and international relations, this proposal aims to highlight the stakes and repercussions on the shoulders of the Russian political leadership that are reflected in its decisions and its relations with the countries of the Middle East and North Africa. The recent time period extending from 2018/2020 and its current and ongoing challenges and realities represented in the Covid-19 pandemic and its positive and negative repercussions on the Russian Federation, based on realistic and liberal theory that reflects Russia's endeavor to preserve its interests, whether by hard or soft power, and the approaching role that is explained by During it Russia's behavior regionally and internationally before and after Covis-19.
