الملخص
The purpose of this study is to determine the Key Success Factors of the IMS system in the Algerian company through a qualitative study which was based on a semi-directed interview method with managers of the Algerian companies who adopted the IMS. The study achieved a set of results related to the conditions that must be met for the success of the IMS development and implementation process. The results of this study will make a particular contribution in the field of research on quality, environment and safety management. They also provide a set of factors that must be taken into account when simultaneously managing these three aspects within the company.
