غياب مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد النفسي في الطور الابتدائي وانعكاساته على الصحة النفسية للتلاميذ

الملخص
نطمح من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الكشف عن أهم الانعكاسات أو التداعيات الناجمة عن غياب دور مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد النفسي بالطور الابتدائي على الصحة النفسية للتلاميذ المتمدرسين ببعض مدارس بلدية قلال ولاية سطيف. ولتحقيق الهدف المرجو فقد اعتمدت دراستنا الميدانية على المنهج الوصفي باعتباره الملائم لها، والاستبيان كأداة أساسية في جمع البيانات وكذا المقابلة كأداة ثانوية، بينما تكونت عينة دراستنا من 27 مبحوثا مقسمين إلى3 مدراء و24 أستاذا. وبعد عرض وتحليل النتائج توصلنا إلى ما يلي وهو أن غياب دور مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد النفسي بالأطوار الابتدائية نجم عنه الكثير من الانعكاسات السلبية على الصحة النفسية للتلاميذ بالأطوار الابتدائية كالانطواء،العنف،الإجرام، حيث انعكس ذلك سلبا على تحصيلهم الدراسي كما انه في كثير من الأحيان اثر وبشكل ملحوظ على سير الدروس. We aspire through this research paper to uncover the most important reflections and repercussions resulting from the absence of the role of directive advisors and psychological counseling in the primary phase on the psychological health of Pupils who are studying in some schools of the municipality of Galal, Setif. And to achieve the desired goal, our field study relied on the descriptive method because it is appropriate for it. And the questionnaire as a primary tool in data collection and the interview as a secondary tool, while the sample of our study consisted of 27 respondents divided in to 3 directors and 24 professors. and the After presenting and analyzing the results, we concluded the following, which is that; the absence of the role of The guidance Advisors and psychological counseling in the primary phase, has resulted in many negative repercussions on the psychological health of primary school pupils, such as introversion, violence, criminality, it also significantly affected the course of the lessons in many cases.
