مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية بين الأساليب والعوائق: العائلة والمدرسة

الملخص
لقد اكتسب البحث في موضوع التنشئة الاجتماعية والقضايا المتعلقة به قدر كبير من الاهتمام والعناية مؤخرا، لاسيما في سياق الحديث عن مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية والدور الفعال الذي تقوم به في ظل مجموعة الأساليب المتبعة لتحقيق الهدف الرئيسي من عملية التنشئة الاجتماعية والمتمثل في المحافظة على استقرارية المجتمع، من خلال التدجين الجيد للفاعلين اجتماعيين، من دون إهمال ما يعتري هذه المؤسسات من عوائق، قد تحول دون الأداء الأمثل لها كونها ليست مجرد مؤسسات على الهامش بل تؤثر وتتأثر في ظل دينامية العملية الاجتماعية المهمة التي تقوم بها بذاتية المجتمع. وعليه ونظرا لتعدد المؤسسات الاجتماعية فسنحاول بهذه المداخلة التركيز على مؤسسة المدرسة كمؤسسة تنشئوية مهمة ومختلف الأساليب المتبعة في عملية التنشئة الاجتماعية وأهم العوائق التي تواجهها: ما المقصود بعملية التنشئة الاجتماعية؟ ما هي مختلف الأساليب التي تستخدمها مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية؟ أين تكمن فعالية المدرسة كمؤسسة تنشئوية، وما هي أهم العوائق التي تتعرض لها بالميدان؟ Abstract : The research on social upbringing and related issues has recently gained considerable attention and attention, especially in the context of the discussion of social institutions and the effective role they play in the set of methods used to achieve the main goal of social upbringing, which is the maintenance of the stability of society, through the good integration of social actors, without neglecting the obstacles that impede the optimal performance of these institutions, as they are not just institutions that affect the margins, but rather affect the margins In the dynamic of the important social process that you do with your own self-society. Therefore, given the multiplicity of social institutions, we will try with this intervention to focus on the institution of the school as an important educational institution and the various methods used in the social upbringing process, and the most important obstacles it faces: What's a socialization process? What are the different methods used by social institutions? What are the main obstacles facing the school?
