الملخص
يشهد العالم في الوقت الراهن تحولات سريعة وتغيرات مختلفة، جعلت الإنسانية تتجه نحو الشمولية، والاندماج غير إنه وبقدر ما ساهمت العولمة في التقارب بين الأفراد بفضل الخدمات المختلفة فإنها بقدر ما باعدت بينهم بفعل التنافس والتسابق. وقد كانت سنة 1991م خاتمة لمرحلة تاريخية عرفت بالحرب الباردة. وما كانت باردة في الواقع بدليل استخدام الرأسمالية كل الوسائل الممكنة ضد احتواء حركات التحرير وإخضاعها لسيطرتها، بعد ما تأكد انهيار الاتحاد السوفيتي. لقد انتصرت الرأسمالية الغربية في نظر كثير من المفكرين وأصبحت اليوم "عالمية تحت قيادة الرأسمالية الغربية. Resume The world is currently undergoing rapid transformations and various changes that have made humanity move towards inclusiveness and integration, but to the extent that globalization has contributed to the convergence of individuals thanks to different services, it has been further separated by competition and competition. The year 1991 marked the end of a historic period known as the Cold War.
