الملخص
رغم التطورات التي عرفتها البشرية في المجال التربوي بوصلها إلى أعلى مستويات من الاختراعات التي تساعد الإنسان على اكتساب سلوكيات معرفية شتى، إلا أن مكانة المعلم في مجتمعه لا يمكن تعويضها بشيء أخر، فللمعلم دور في نقل التراث، والعادات، إلى الأجيال المتعاقبة، وليقوم بهذا الدور فهو يتوسل اللغة ؛ لأنها الوعاء الحامل للفكر الحضاري، فمعلم الأمس ليس هو معلم اليوم ففي ظل ما ينتجه الفكر الإنساني من نظريات في مجالي التربية واللغة، يفرض ضرورة تكوين المعلم الجديد وفق نتائج هذه الدراسات . المترجمة في محتويات معرفية و طرائق تعليمية. Despite the developments that humankind has known in the educational field by linking it to the highest levels of inventions that help a person to acquire various cognitive behaviors, the teacher’s position in his society cannot be compensated by anything else, for the teacher has a role in transferring heritage, customs, to successive generations, and to play this role He pleads with the language. Because it is the container that carries civilizational thought, the teacher of yesterday is not a teacher today. In light of the theories that human thought produces in the fields of education and language, it imposes the necessity of forming a new teacher according to the results of these studies.
