دور المجتمع المدني في الحوكمة البيئية: التشبيك والهندسة المؤسساتية أنموذجاً

الملخص
ان الحاجة إلى معالجة جميع الجوانب الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والإنسانية، التي تواجه المجتمعات من وقت لآخر، وتزايد التعقيدات العديدة والمتنوعة التي تهدد الأمن البشري، قد أدى إلى النظر في جملة التهديدات الناجمة عن سوء إدارة وتسيير شؤون الدولة والمجتمع، كانعدام الأمن الذي يشكله تغّير المناخ والاستخدامات غير المستدامة للبيئة. يناقش المقال دور المجتمع المدني باعتباره القوة الدافعة الجديدة، لمستقبل البيئة المستدامة وأهميته وفعاليته، في عملية إرساء الديمقراطية؛ حيث من المرجح أن تكون القوة الأكثر أهمية في ظهور هذه النماذج وتنفيذها بما في ذلك، الشركات والمنظمات غير الحكومية، خلص المقال الى أن المنظمات المجتمعية والمنظمات غير الهادفة للربح، تأخذ زمام المبادرة في تنبيه الحكومة والمجتمع، إلى التهديدات البيئية. ناهيك عن المشاركة الإبداعية للمجتمع المدني كأحد شركاء الحوكمة البيئية، وفاعل في صياغة وتنفيذ واثارة الاهتمام بالقضايا البيئية، والتأثير في السياسات والقرارات التي تعالج مشاكل وقضايا البيئة. The need to address all social, economic and humanitarian aspects facing societies from time to time, and the increasing number of complexities that threaten human security, has led to the consideration of all threats resulting from mismanagement and management of state and society affairs, such as insecurity posed by climate change and other uses Environmentally sustainable. The article discusses the role of civil society as the new driving force for the future of sustainable environment and its importance and effectiveness in the democratization process. As it is likely to be the most important force in the emergence and implementation of these models, including companies and NGOs, the article concluded that community-based organizations and non-profit organizations are taking the lead in alerting the government and society to environmental threats. Not to mention the creative participation of civil society as one of the partners in environmental governance, and an actor in formulating, implementing and raising interest in environmental issues, and influencing .policies and decisions that address environmental problems and issues
