الملخص
تعد ظاهرة الرسوب المدرسي من أخطر المشكلات التي تواجه العملية التعليمة لكونها تمثل مظهرا من مظاهر الهدر التربوي والذي لا تمتد أثاره إلى المنظومة التربوية فحسب، بل تطال كافة أنظمة المجتمع ومجالاته وتفرز ظواهر اجتماعية خطيرة ومعقدة كالتسرب المدرسي، عمالة الأطفال، انحراف الأحداث، ضعف المجتمع وانتشار الفساد، ناهيك عن كونها ضياعا وخسارة في التلاميذ أنفسهم لأنها تعطل من مشاركتهم البناءة والمنتجة في المجتمع. وسنحاول من خلال ورقتنا البحثية إلقاء الضوء على ظاهرة الرسوب المدرسي، بتحليل ومناقشة مختلف مظاهرها ودلالاتها ما بين الاستدماج والاستبعاد، وإثراء الموضوع باستجلاء وتحليل مختلف العوامل التي تقف وراء إعادة انتاج الظاهرة واستفحالها في المجتمع. ABSTRACT : The phenomenon of school failure is one of the most serious problems facing the educational process because it represents a manifestation of educational waste, whose effects extend not only to the educational system, but also to all systems of society and areas and produces serious and complex social phenomena such as school dropout, child labor, juvenile delinquency, the weakness of society and the spread of corruption loss of the pupils themselves because it disrupts their constructive and productive participation in society, through our research paper, we will try to shed light on the phenomenon of school failure by analyzing and discussing its various manifestations and implications between integration and exclusion, enriching the topic with clarification and analyzing the various factors that are behind the reproduction of the phenomenon and its exacerbation in society.
